Overall Review: Just adding my voice to the others that lament the poor build quality of the HP Pavilion 23xi computer monitor. Just a few months after I bought one the, the monitor began to show minor color issues that I ignored. I should have taken care of the problem then, because just as the monitor goes out of warranty, distinct colored horizontal lines appeared. Hewlett Packard's support is aware of the discoloration issue (as evident by numerous support posts on the web attesting to the colored lines issue) but unwilling to help. This monitor probably had the shortest lifetime out of any non-refurbished monitor I've ever had. Buyer beware, look at the other similar postings here and elsewhere. If you're going to spend this much on a monitor and want to use it beyond a year's time, make sure it is not an HP.
