Pros: Boot time with solid state drive and ddr4 memory is seconds. Display and graphics are card pretty good, can play games at reasonable frame rates. I bought this primarily as a development environment laptop and it excels at that. Installed Ubuntu Linux with NodeJs, visual studio code, kubernetes development cluster, tons of graphic programs. This baby never hic-ups when compiling applications, or serving them up very impressive. Provided charging adapter is small and fast. Fan in computer comes on, and I've never noticed it, is very quiet.

Cons: Battery life is short, get about 5 hours with active use. Keep a cord close by. Comes installed with windows 10 home edition.... absolutely useless for a business environment or college student.

Overall Review: i installed windows 10 professional on this laptop in about 45 minutes from initial boot to complete update, very fast laptop. Thank you ASUS for making an exceptional value priced laptop. Thanks Newegg for making this available at a incredible price. You can't even get a newer phone for this price!!
