Cons: Leaks TERRIBLE customer service

Overall Review: Had it for 2 years and the other day my PC wouldn't turn on. I opened it up and there was fluid everywhere. Corsair's website says that it takes 3-5 days for an RMA which is a complete lie. Corsair will keep asking ridiculous questions and only send one email a day. Here is my email conversation. Corsair (07/19/2018) I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with our product. Let us see if there's something we can do to help. Please upload a copy of your invoice and a picture of the label at the back as to verify the model. Please upload a picture of the system after the leak. Me: Pictures sent. Corsair (07/23/2018) Is this a request for RMA for the corsair product or an RMA for 3rd party products? Me: Obviously for your product 🤦🏻‍♂️ It would be great if you replaced my $300 motherboard too. Corsair (07/24/2018) We can replace the product. Or we can check and compensate if the unit damaged your other products but that would take longer, and you will need to send all damaged items to our warehouse for study. If you proceed with replacement, then you will not be able to file for damage claim anymore. Do take note that if the findings are negative, you will be shouldering shipping the items back to you. We would like to know what you would want to proceed.

Avoid these guys!

Sold me a busted motherboard and then refused to send a prepaid shipping label or even acknowledge the motherboard was bad. They sent me the same message each time (4 separate times) I tried to contact them. “Thank you for shopping with Idyiashop at Newegg. According to" Newegg MP return policy," we don't offer shipping label unless is a shipper mistake from newegg or idyiashop. sorry for the inconveniences.” Newegg had to get involved and they told care of it. Sellers like this ruin the marketplace.
