ASUS XONAR DGX 5.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Express x1 Interface Gaming Audio Card
Pros: Works great! Good audio, low noise. The output switch sounds like it is hardware based, that means you can switch output (e.g. from back to Front Panel output) without restarting applications or changing their settings.
Cons: None so far.

recent drives are made in china
Seagate Desktop HDD ST3000DM001 3TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
Pros: The ones made in Thailand works great!
Cons: Too bad the newer drives of this model is made in China. 2 out of 4 did not pass full read/write test.

Intel Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X540-T2
Pros: Very fast and drivers are built-in to Windows 2012. Works in a Thecus NAS. Bought 3 for a cluster.
Cons: If the card gets hot, it will disconnect the links and shows the link as disabled in Windows. Not for use in an open case or in a room above 80F. Probably good to have a side fan installed or installed next to a graphics card with a fan.

Working so far.
APC UPS, 1500 VA Smart-UPS Sine Wave UPS Battery Backup with Extended Run Option, 2U Rackmount/Tower Convertible, Line-Interactive, 120V (SMX1500RM2U)
Pros: Powering some networking equipment, so far no problems. Decided to not use the rackmount because of the weight.
Cons: None so far.

Pros: Fast and doesn't jam. Software has lots of features yet easy to set up. Confirmed to work well with Windows 7. Bought several for the office.
Cons: None!
