Good buy

Pros: Nice glossy screen and speakers that produce good sound for a laptop. Nice finish on the case and seems to dissipate heat very well without much noise. Great performance for its price.
Cons: Vista 32bit makes no sense. Why include 4GB of ram and then handicap it with a 32bit OS. No offer of a WinXP "downgrade" and no support on official site for XP drivers. Red lettering for F keys and arrow keys, making it harder not easier to see. White key lettering would have been just fine instead of the red style. Bad placement of the power button, just left of Esc. Battery sticks out beyond the back of the laptop. Really just minor quibbles that could have been better choices in design. Doesn't detract from the laptop overall.
Overall Review: Nice laptop to serve as a 2nd computer or even a primary if you only have an older desktop. Works nice and aside from the minor Cons mentioned above it's a rather nice product. Even most of the Cons can be fixed later if MSI wises up and offers 64bit licenses and at least support for Win Xp if not a downgrade option. The lower resolution on this version over the -075US one seems like a bonus instead of a detraction. The screen size is about as small as I’d want for 1680X1050 and couldn’t imagine 1920X1200 on it. Also I don’t have any wish to own blu-ray so the faster DVD drive is also a bonus for me. Newest versions of Kubuntu and Debian have both installed and operated without any issues, with support for wireless out of the box. Laptop is a good buy for gaming and also works nicely for playing video with an HDMI out and a rather quiet cooling solution.

Pros: Audio quality seems as good as any other HTS. Can stream online services such as Hulu and Netflix(with paid accounts). Speakers look sleek with standard Sony setup.
Cons: Online streaming commonly buffers, making watching a show impossible. And no it isn't my internet connection, I've had 5 computers using the same service at once with no issue. Menu system is slow to respond and has no customization options. Streaming services lists 50 other things I don't want to scroll through to get to the one I want. Blu ray movies have taken 5 minutes to even get to the menu screen, and sometimes will not even eject until I pull the plug to reset the player. Have had more than once a blu ray movie fail to load with DRM warnings and used the unplug and retry method to fix it. Have tried to sync with my Sony Bravia TV to use send TV audio through HDMI and it will not. Forced to use composite cables for audio from TV shows. Gave the optical input a whirl to see how it would do and the adapter on the back of the HTS would not hold the cable in place. Front buttons look and feel cheaply made with zero illumination, while a front LED illuminates nothing
Overall Review: I ended up picking this up to replace my Sony DAV-HDX275 since this was on sale at Newegg. When comparing features both have the older DVD system is far superior, to the point I put it back in main room. The E570 is now sitting back in its box unused. If you have as little interest in Blu Ray as I do then I'd recommend against picking this up for any of the other features it has and look elsewhere. If the cons I listed wouldn't bother you much then it is a passable system that you'd be content with, but I'd wait for a sale as it's listed price of $449(31 Dec 10) is much more than what you'll get out of it.
Good Buy

Pros: "Downgraded" from a pair of 9600GT's that had the black screen issues, and am very pleased with the power of this card. Currently have little issue running any games with settings cranked up, with some headroom to spare. The 512MB ram is a welcome step up from 256 on my previous 7900GT.
Cons: Newer company only offering a 2 year warranty on the product in the US(5 years in Europe and other places) when other companies like EVGA offer a lifetime with a similarly overclocked model. Although if no defects show up within 2 years then you're likely safe anyways.
Overall Review: How the cards hold up in the long term will show if they only think the workmanship is good enough for a 2 year warranty. If the cards hold up and they can keep producing quality silicon with newer models, then they will likely become a common name in the future. After trying out one for a few weeks, purchased a 2nd to run in SLI, since these will likely start to dry up and balloon in price , making it a much less cost effective idea.
