Horrible. HP Support is the WORST
Pros: Nice small form factor
Cons: HP requires active support contract to get updates. No other vendor to my knowledge is this lame. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! Can't even get the network drivers for the box to boot W2K8.
Overall Review: DO NOT BUY!
Good performance, POOR support
Pros: Good hardware, performance and price point.
Cons: Netgear doesn't seem to realize that their enterprise offerings can't afford to be treated like the home networking side of the their business. They are very slow to address known security issues in this product. Ex. Heartbleed. I called and NO ONE had a comment on the status of a fix and customers had to wait WEEKS to see the issue resolved. Additionally, they don't have any security announce mailing list or security website for the enterprise products like other enterprise security vendors.
Overall Review: Netgear needs to start treating the enterprise customer with a higher level of support than its $100 home network customer.
Defective Parts - USB on Top Breaks
Pros: Lots of space
Cons: The case is O.K. but the manufacturer has put flimsy low quality USB housing in the top of case. The ports have a poor quality metal housing around the 2 usb ports which falls off with day to day use shortly after purchase. I've been building machines for years and have never seen anything so flimsy. I spoke with the company and the deny there is an issue. I wouldn't buy this case until they do a new version...
