Pros: Works fine when it works.

Cons: I have 4 devices with 16 HDDs installed. Two towers are dead - power supplies out of order. All hard drives in good in health. RAID5 should protect my data, but it ruins it.

Overall Review: Reliability of modern hard drives is much higher than some devices above them.
