Phanteks 120mm PWM fans
Phanteks PH-F120MP 120mm PWM High Static Pressure Radiator Fan
Pros: 1. Provides good cooling at high rpm 2. Quite operation at low and high rpm, no rattles.

Overall Review: Replaced 3 noisy Fractal Design rad fans that made my case sound like a VW Jetta diesel. Difference is night and day. Great cooling at high rpm, moves a lot of air through rad. Virtually silent at low rpm, no rattles at high and low rpm. Fans are mounted horizontally which is a problem for a lot of fans, as they tend to rattle. Standard shipping took a little over 3 weeks from china. Package arrived in good order. Overall very happy with purchase.
