Excellent Gaming Speakers

Creative Inspire T5400 74 Watts 5.1 Speaker
Creative Inspire T5400 74 Watts 5.1 Speaker

Pros: Adds a dimension to FPSs that allows you to track enemies by sound alone. They also sound incredible with SACD or other hi-fi sources. Cables are more than adequate in length, installation is a breeze.

Cons: There are no cons. Want more bass, more wattage, 7.1 capability, or something that flies? Buy something with those features. This product does what it is supposed to do - with excellence.

Overall Review: A definite must have for MP3 and FPS enthusiasts.

Powerful

SilverStone FM82 80mm Case Cooling Fan
SilverStone FM82 80mm Case Cooling Fan

Pros: Excellent fans with variable speed dials that can be installed in a 3.5 slot in front of the case. I purchased 2 and mounted them side-by-side on the side entry airway. At full blast they are quite audible, but can reduce the temperature in my case by a degree and a half to two.

Cons: Because of the conical shape of the output side of the fan, it will not fit into a standard 80mm bracket if there is no leeway in the bracket itself to accomodate the fan's widened end.

Overall Review: If you could care less what your machine sounds like and want some air flowing in your case, these will do just that - with expediency.

Really makes a noticeable difference

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model Twinx2048-3200c2
CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model Twinx2048-3200c2

Pros: The difference it made in Battlefield 2 was really noticeable. This is the way it should be.

Cons: Latency was better on the TWINX1024-3200llpt low-profile sticks I had, but the advantages in Battlefield 2 and NFSU 2 more than made up for it.

Overall Review: Ordered on the 31st of January, was supposed to get it on the 3rd of February, received it on the 2nd. And for the guy wanting more specs: AMD FX-53 on a K8N Neo2 Platinum
