Pros: SATA, quiet, solid. No issues with the installation; completed in 20 minutes. Went in as easy as can be. Vista Home Premium recognized the drive model and installed the appropriate drivers... true plug and play.

Cons: none so far.

Overall Review: Newegg service is spectacular. I've purchased from their site on a few occasions and I've always received excellent products. No delays in getting the products out the door. They always arrive quickly. Thanks Newegg!
