Pros: Displays PowerPoint slides and videos with audio well. Scheduler works well.

Cons: Constantly goes offline & loses Wi-Fi connectivity. Player still operational. Software documentation poor for building a "playlist". Once I figured it out, very nice implementation. Unable to get audio with PowerPoint slides. Documentation indicates it should work with PowerPoint. Unable to get text ticker to work.

Overall Review: I am continuing to work closely with IAdea Support. They have sent me a beta version of the software. It's made no difference from the released version. I have sent Debug logs as well. Apparently no support in Continental USA. All my replies to support come in after midnight.

Pros: I had a pair of these installed in a Synology DS211j NAS box running RAID 1. The box would run 6 hours per day (automatic power schedule). The data was backups of 4 computers & my music library on a Synology DS110j NAS box. Drives were not used much. WD replaced the bad drive under warranty.

Cons: One drive in the mirror set started to fail - block errors. I ordered a pair of 4TB drives and replaced both 2TB drives and grew the array at the same time. After reading similar reviews, I don't think I want to use these drives again

Overall Review: The Synology software allowed me to replace the bad 2TB drive with a 4TB drive. When the rebuild was done, I replaced the good 2TB drive with the other new 4TB drive. When that rebuild was complete, the array was expanded to use the entire 4TB space. Sweet!
