Overall Review: I bought the card out side of newegg, my goal was to run audio out of my ps3 into my computer. In my own words a htpc switcher. My goal was to run the sound into the hdmi, the computer would then boost the audio through my other sound card 1x pci asus xondar dx2. I was hoping the audio would integrate. The good news the video went into the hdmi and back out to my sony tv. The audio did not convert into the computer. Thus audio at all. Side note here i run windows 7-64 bit. asus mother board, ATI 5770 8 gig memeory amd quad core 2.9ghz The end result was me taking the card back to the retailer. I like the concept of the card but i don't think it was intended for the way I was trying to use it.

Pros: This thing is very compact, i was surprised at how small this drive is. It is very fast at finding my files.

Cons: I would like to give the concept a 5, and the use a four. The reason I give this a lowered rating is due to windows 7. My experience to load this drive took about 3 hours, I was unable to find the initialize prompt in windows help guide. I had to go on the inter webs to find the how to. At first I thought the drive was doa. But once I got the drive up and running I found the drive to be Very fast and reliable.

Overall Review: Segate gets a 4.8 over all, this thing is zippy. I am using the saber tooth 990fx, amd 6core, 5970 radeon, with 32 gigs of g skill rip jaws, and now a segate xt 500gb

Pros: This card runs like a champ I am playing crysis 2 on ultra with hi rez pack, card runs like a top. upgraded from 5750 what a diffrence. Before my system would hang, now its running like a Champ

Pros: for the last year I have been looking for a sound card that would allow me to us it like a high end switching amp. If you look around some amps like onkyo and denon do switching for you. down side to this is that you pay a lot money for a solution that still makes you hook a sound card up to your computer. Now you don't have to do that, this card allows you to run both audio and video all in one. if you need one swith this card will do it

Cons: software is a little funky to get going, but once you get it going it is easy. It took me blowing a few speakers to understand the gain on the software. Not fun !!! cost me 60 for new tweeters.

Overall Review: Awesome ! don't buy high priced amps, use this card to do it all. I am running win 7 -64 x4 core amd 2.5 ghz , 8 gigs of memory and 1 tb segate with ati raden card with hdmi Also I am running my PS3 audio/video through this card to my 46 sony hdtv running b&K power amps

Pros: Great sound, from what I have seen here on new egg there is no card that offers true 192htz. If your looking for good sound this is the way to go. Movies have never sounded better! Music sounds awesome on this thing!

Cons: software is a little clunky, meaning if your not the type who likes to tinker with sound or know your way around audio, this card might not be for you.

Overall Review: very good card for the audiophile, if you are a sound purest you want this card. if you are looking to use the thing for just gaming with head phones, don't get this card
