SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4830 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card 100265L
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4830 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card 100265L

Pros: This card is great, plays everything on max settings. Including Crysis. No bottlenecking on my system with this card. Alot better then expected. Runs really cool. most the time the fan isn't even running at idle. Playing call of duty 5 fan speed never even gets into the 20% range so its quiet. Idle temps are 28c-34c. Max temp that i have seen on it is 54c thats it. thats at max for over a hour so i doubt it would get much warmer.

Cons: none so far. As soon as you get the card update drivers from ATi's site. make sure its 8.12 or later driver set. Otherwise it is kinda glitchy or was on my system.

Overall Review: Uses alot of power like i expected. I only have a 430w power supply and i can tell its slightly under powered. so if you run this card make sure you have at least 500w. In the booklet that came with it says 450w but i don't the extra 20w would be enough. The tempratures i saw where with a ambient temp of 65f in the house. In case ambient was 23c so still cool air. i don't know what summer will bring temp wise but i doubt it will ever get over 60c on the card.

AMD Phenom 9600 Agena 2.3GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W Quad-Core Processor
AMD Phenom 9600 Agena 2.3GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W Quad-Core Processor

Pros: it works with vista 64 bit. is pretty quick. overclocks decently well

Cons: with my system its not terribly stable. it freezes alot. but that is probably do to the greatly under powered psu, and my motherboard over volts the cpu by .5 volts.

Overall Review: it runs better with a 200mhz overclock, which i am sure is do to the voltage. I do think this is a good cpu just mine is so under powered that it doesn't get to 100%

easy set up, stable

XPG 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model AX3U1600GB2G9-2G

Pros: Just plugged in and recognized right away. stays cool, i got a windows 7 score of 7.5 in dual channel and when i finally figured out how to shut of the ram sharing feature for the on vga.

Cons: none other then the 5 min it took to figure out the on board vga was using 256megs of this stuff. lol

Overall Review: great ram, adata is one of the easiest to set up. i suggest this ram/brand to anyone that just wants to plug in something that will work right the first time and not have to force it to work right. lol

Acer Aspire One AOD250-1695 Sapphire Blue Intel Atom N270(1.60 GHz) 10.1" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD Netbook
Acer Aspire One AOD250-1695 Sapphire Blue Intel Atom N270(1.60 GHz) 10.1" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD Netbook

Pros: battery life was way better then expected. with power saver on it gets about 3.5 hours. crapware not to bad, most of it easy uninstalls. touchpad easy to use. i would recomend this computer to those that just web surf, email, or instant message. this will do that and much more!

Cons: Ram is limiting, but i will in the future upgrade to 2 gigs. the only real compaint i have is not with the computer but with the starter edition of windows 7, you cant change the background, or i havent found a way yet.

Overall Review: for some weird reason the computer reads that there is two cpu cores. not sure what that is about.

So far so good

AMD Phenom 9600 Agena 2.3GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W Quad-Core Processor
AMD Phenom 9600 Agena 2.3GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W Quad-Core Processor

Pros: It works, and runs very quickly. So far no issues that others have reported. Runs cool enough on my system. roughly 33C idle and 44 max. I am happy with it so far. i will update in a few months

Cons: Seems slightly unstable, but probably more my power supply's fault.

Symantec Norton Internet Security 2009 Premier Edition - 1 USER 3PC
Symantec Norton Internet Security 2009 Premier Edition - 1 USER 3PC

Pros: It does its job i suppose.

Cons: IT slows down our computers at work to almost a crawl, is a pain to navigate. And a even bigger pain to get activated.

Overall Review: I set this up on two work computers, and i am not pleased with the out come of the work it took to set it up. the install process takes for ever and trying to get the email and password part for registration is a complete mess. It does do it job but a little too well. it won't let anything in unless you turn down settings which in its self is another chore.
