Overall Review: PLEASE read this before purchasing anything from MSI. I purchased this monitor specifically because it was clearly advertised as eligible for a promotional offer. After completing my purchase, I submitted my claimonly to have it rejected by MSI. I contacted Newegg support to clarify who had listed this monitor under the promotion, and they confirmed that the promotion came directly from MSI. MSI themselves advertised this product as qualifying. This feels incredibly deceptive and misleading. To make matters worse, when I checked MSIs own website, this monitor does not even appear on the list of eligible models. This experience has completely eroded my trust in MSI as a company. Advertising promotions that customers cannot actually claim is unacceptable. Buyers should be extremely cautious before purchasing from MSI.
