Pros: I got this card after an RMA of a Dual 4870 that gave up the ghost after 3 years of service. The 4870 was purchased used but had a double lifetime warranty. I was the second owner and XFX honored its warranty. The level of support I got goes above and beyond anything I have received anywhere.

Cons: I need to find a one owner 4870 again...

Overall Review: I have RMA'd one other product from them prior to this and it went very smoothly as well. I have used XFX video cards since then and have not been dissapointed with any of them.
