Pros: 16 gig memory, can't beat this laptop for the price. So much faster than my old one. Also, no junk software preinstalled that you have delete, or are stuck with. My touchpad stopped working, and I had to email customer service, they replied later that night, and told me to hit f9 or function + f9, and I did, and it started working again ! So, no complaints there either. !!

Cons: had about a year, and just a horrible adapter ... had about a year, and it always drops signal... downloaded latest driver per the manuf, and does same thing for a year... software is very basic...basically, there are A LOT of other options out there... don't waste your time....

Overall Review: Just received a different modem--Edimax small thumb wifi usb adapter from newegg... and now I know how poorly the TP-Link was... this gets just as a good signal strength, isn't dropping, much smaller, and the software is much more sophicated with more option than the TP-link, oh yeah, it was half the price of the TP-link...
