Why consider anything else?

Pros: Insanely low ripple Small form factor Very powerful Fully Modular Handles a beastly build like Frank N SteinPC with ease
Cons: Fan can be heard is about the worst thing this PSU has, and I don't care I can hear it as long as the power is stable.
Overall Review: I do love my G1600 – it literally calmed my system down and stabilized it. I had a Silverstone SST1500, supposed to be one of the most respected and preferred 1500W+ units out there, and it caused me nothing but issues the second I tried to OC. I ended up rebuilding and tearing out tons of hardware trying to trace my problem only in the end to find out it was the PSU. Multiple RMA’s and the problem persisted – then I dropped in the G1600 to hold me over during and RMA and things went perfect. Wait – what? Yeah, that is how I found out it was the PSU. Then I learned why. The G1600 has such an insanely low ripple that the VRM does not have to work as hard, when you OC that VRM is going to town trying to regulate everything, with the unacceptable ripple in the SST1500 it was actually causing me issues. Normal running = no issue, no OC = no issue, the second I OC’d I had issues – not one issue ever with the G1600. That’s my story and I am sticking to it - lol. So as a consumer, I will never go with another PSU until I am absolutely forced to because I do not build a PC to run at stock – OC or stick with air cooling is the way I see it, so I need a PSU that can handle my needs, the G1600 does exactly that.
Its Mushkin - Do you even need to read a review?

Pros: Mushkin has been making high performance and reliable PC RAM for quite some time. Though this is my first set, I have to say WOW I love it so far. I have not pushed much on OC'ing yet, but it so far seems to be a good set of solid RAM - exactly what I expected from Mushkin. Though had I done a bit more research, I may have wanted to go with the Redline version for my needs - this is some great RAM.
Cons: Its not Redline RAM - my EVGA X58 Classified 3-way LSI + PhysX did not see it and set it properly, had to do it manually in BIOS.
Overall Review: Does very good in my rig - very pleased with it.
WHS PROC - DOES ITS JOB

Pros: This processor replaced my home built Windows Home Server Dual Core Duo machine. It was a nice upgrade as the server is used by multiple devices in the house (PC's and HTPC, and PS3) and has done a great job with everything it has been tasked with.
Cons: None, for what it is, it does a fantastic job.
Overall Review: This is almost too much procesror for a home server as it sits idle much of the time, but when it is needed and begins to be tasked - its power is obvious and welcomed. I believe you cannot ever have too much power - especially when you need it. It will be the WHS processor in my network for some time to come.
ITS A FAN CONTROLLER - DUH!

Pros: It looks great in the case, handles the fans I have connected to it as it should - its a fan controller what else should it be doing?
Cons: If you connect more than one fan to a lead (by using a "Y" cable) you may loose your RPM indicator (I know you will as I have done this). If you do not connect the temp leads (which I didnt need as these were to control fans for radiators on a water cooled set up), it reads 0 - wish it would simply not read anything and be blank, but for what it is, it is fine.
Overall Review: Makes things easier to controll. When I drop my fans to 1/2 speed for daily computing, it takes the 10 fans I am controlling using two of these to almost silent operations yet still pushes enough air through my radiators things stay well below acceptable heat ranges. Then when its gaming/benchmarking/play time - I crank the fans full and off I go. I love the accessibility of the controls for the fans and these controllers do their job.
Good Quality

Pros: Well constructed, solid and looks good in the case. I had purchased a different brand from Fys's that fell apart and needed something worthy of my case - I foudn that in this buy. If you need a good solid adapter for your 5.25 bay - buy this one.
Cons: I have none - it is what it is
MUCHO POWER - Powers 4-GTX 285's w/o Adapters

Pros: Has a variety of cabling options and I had no port unused in this build. I was very happy with the power this thing produces as I am relying on the 80% of 1500w (1200w) to run 4-GTX 285's (OC'd), a Core i7 Extreme (4.1Ghz Currently), 2 water pumps, 15 fans, 2 DVD drives, 6 HDD's, Dual Cold Cathode Lights, etc. This thing handles them all well.
Cons: The 8-Pin CPU Power cables were 2" too short to run from the bottom of the Corsair 800D Case to the mobo, so I had to get extenders (which were wired wrong - causing me grief until I got it fixed). This is not a "CON" but I will say it is HUGE and you had better have a case worthy to house this big boy!
Overall Review: Runs my rig like it was meant to be here! If you need power - this is your PSU- PERIOD!
