Great budget CPU!
Pros: Running the i5-2400 on an H67 mini-itx board. With no overclock but a decent video card I'm pulling 38fps in Crysis at 1920x1080 on "Very High" with 8AA.
Cons: Can Intel change sockets a little more often please? I just love buying a new motherboard every 3 months!
Update to my 03/25 review
Pros: See my previous review on 03/25 for the pro's.
Cons: Get this, both the phone numbers listed on their main site and the lancool site just ring and ring forever! Try them yourselves: 886-2-24513000 & 886-2-24517373. I did get a reply to my emails finally, but they were bounce backs. How do you get a bounce back, undeliverable, email from a form that you fill out on THEIR website and do not actually send to them directly?? I'm having serious 2nd thoughts about this company. No one answers their phones and their own support form on their own web site is unable to contact themselves??
Overall Review: I've been a NewEgg customer for 7+ years now, this is the first negative review I have ever written.
Awesome entry level GAMING projector
Pros: 144hz 3D, HDML with MHL, decent response time, bright enough for a family room, & good contrast for the price. This projector will do true 120hz at 720p resolution! I know it's not 1080p but at 720p. even with a mid-range card. you can turn on ALL the eye candy. Most of the Xbox One games are still 720P and TV signals are still broadcast at 720p/1080i so it's a great football projector as well.
Cons: 1 yr warranty, not 1080P, no lens shift
Overall Review: I picked this projector up for under 4 bills with a promo code. For that price, this projector simply cannot be beat! The family loves it, even the wife was mondo impressed while watching GoT and the NBA finals on it.
Great CPU for those who don't like to OC
Pros: Ivy Bridge, 69 watts, quad core, stable, & cool.
Cons: Cannot be overclocked but you should have know this before purchasing it.
Overall Review: I wanted to take a break from overclocking for one build. Pre-OC this build actually scored a wee bit better then my last, almost identical, build using the k series chip.
Great budget board!
Pros: USB 3.0, SATA 6Gb/s, clean looking BIOS, booted up on the first try, zero issues so far. Runs Windows 8.1 like a champ.
Cons: Board feels flimsy as all get out! There were several times, like when I snapped the memory in or plugged the 20+4 pin power connector in, that I was seriously worried that I may have bent the board too much!
Overall Review: I used a P series i5 so I'm afraid I cannot comment on the on-board graphics.
Pretty good but beware of the description!
Pros: Looks like it will protect the phone pretty well. Minimalistic design.
Cons: The description states "showcases a sleek brushed aluminum finish" let me clarify, this case is PLASTIC not brushed aluminum! The plastic kind of looks like aluminum as long as you are 3-4 feet away but is definitely plastic!
Overall Review: If I had it all to do over again, for the price I think you can find a better case.
