Cons: Unit arrived with fan loose in case, banging around whenever case was moved. Also loose were two plastic pins and two springs, apparently intended to secure the fan. I don't know what, if any damage this caused in transit, but I imagine it could have caused some to other components as it banged around. Additionally, the keyboard, mouse, etc. were loose and not padded in the shipping box.

Overall Review: I asked for an RMA, fearing the worst with only a 90 day warranty. Any tips out there?

Pros: Very well priced with the discount about ($220 shipped). Well packed but for no plastic bagging inside.

Cons: Minor: Heavy fingerprints on base. Less minor: mixing hooks are painted, unlike shown and desired. No splash guard as is shown but not claimed to be included.

Pros: Adequate build for the price.

Cons: DOA. 600 ft. elevation limit on auto shut off.

Overall Review: The usual gripe: I get a non-working product (DOA) when I paid for a working product but return shipping is my baby.
