Overall Review: The manufacturer has sent the following: "We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you would like we will send you the new water reservoir at no charge and you will not have to send the water reservoir back."

Pros: nice looking unit wish it had worked...

Cons: We bought this for Christmas, set it up and when we filled the plastic reservoir with water it leaked out all over the counter. I has taken several emails to determine that the unit "appears to be under warranty." They want me to ship back the whole thing ( it weighs a ton!) to get the 5 ounce plastic supply tank ( which you have to detach every time you want to fill the unit) and they want $10 "to help with shipping and handling"

Overall Review: guess I'll see if I can find a part online?
