Pros: OK. I finally got my stick today. It was an easy install and no problems with it so far. My laptop runs so much better and faster now.

Cons: I bought this to backup my new computer. Within 1 hour the smartware completely diappeared along with my backup. I gave it to my son(with a warning not back up his computer with it) who just uses it for storage. This is the second WD hard drive that has failed me.

Overall Review: Buy any other hard drive, be it an internal or external. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone

Pros: N/A How long can it take to mail a ram stick that weighs a few ounces?????

Cons: I ordered this on march 3 at 9:00 am eastern time and it is now the 9th and still no ram stick. US SNAIL MAIL. Not to mention that when I try to track my order it comes back tracking # not available. Usually newegg is prompt. Got my hard drive in 24 hours. To EVERYONE, PAY the extra $ and use EGG SAVER SERVICE.

Pros: As I said yesterday, I would post again when I received my drive , Well it's 24 hours later and I have my drive installed, Up and running. Windows installed flawlessly. I could not believe that the drive arrived at my home within 24 hours. (WOW!!!). My computer now has much more room. I couln't ask for a better drive. SEAGATE all the way....

Cons: Absolutely none

Overall Review: Kudos to Newegg for such fast delivery, And I did not pay any more than the standard shipping price.
