Great price, decent card

Pros: Great price, behaves no differently than any other 'generic' 7950 card
Cons: PowerColor's warranty conditions put it in dead last as far as video card makers go. Maybe that's why they can price them cheaper.
Overall Review: I boggle at the people that give themselves a 4 star tech rating and write drivel like 'Cons: 1. Required 2 6-pins from P/S'. Good grief. Listen, your card isn't going to blow up if it's at 80oC. If you want it to be cooler, then don't use the 'auto' fan setting. Since the card is rated for 95oC, the fan will only be running at ~50% at 70oC and ~70% at 80oC without changing this manually. The other common problem would be someone with a case full of junk. My suggestion: get rid of the case entirely.
Not as good as the KY-80E4

Pros: Easy to assemble, keeps my 12x14 (168 sq ft) room cool even with the computer in the room running at a high load (generating ~750 watts of heat).
Cons: I live in Texas, and the dehumidifier tank was filling up every 6hrs or so. I ended up just placing the unit on a platform about 6" off the ground and attached the hose to drain into a 5 gallon water container. Not very sightly, but only needs to be emptied once every few days, instead of once every 6 hours - also a lot more convenient (plug the water valve back up, empty the container, put the container back under the unit, unplug). I wish the 'auto' settings were adjustable (w/o having to get into the actual unit and modify it's temperature gauge), I'm comfortable at 74-76o, auto will take you all the way down to 68o and then turn on the fan to boot. It is a bit noisy, but as long as it's not cutting on and off constantly, it's a nice constant noise. It actually helps me sleep, as I have a hard time sleeping w/o some white noise.
Overall Review: A person below posted this unit uses 700W, but the KY-80E is 935W. The Soleus SG-PAC-08E4 (the KY-80E4, also 8,000 BTU portable unit) uses 730W and also has increased dehumidifying capacity (38.4 Pts/Day vs 28.8 Pts/Day). Note that this is SOLEUSAIR 'MobilComfort', the (imo) better, more efficient unit is usually listed as something like: 'Soleus Powered by Gree 8000-BTU Portable Air Conditioner Model #: GL-PAC-08E4'. This is still a good unit but it is not as good as one of the later models that you can find for the same (or lower) price. I would recommend going to the SoleusAir website before making a purchase.
Great card, low power usage

Pros: Solid card as long as you have the proper drivers installed. At full load, the card was only using 85 watts & I was able to overclock it stable +150 core, w/o going above 65oC (in ~76oF, 24.5oC ambient).
Cons: None that I can think of.
Overall Review: I would have included "price" in the pros - I payed $100 for the card + got free games to boot. As of right now, it's $135AR which is just about smack in the middle as far as 7790's go.... but, that's also more expensive than the 7850's are running right now. I was tempted to list it as a 'con', but who knows what the prices will be like weeks from now...
Good card, cheap price

Pros: Price, price, price. The voltage is also unlocked, so you can work wonders lowering the clocks & voltage a bit as far as power usage goes.
Cons: Powercolor is probably the worst video card vendor when it comes to warranties. Probably one of the reasons they can price their cards so cheap.
Overall Review: I wouldn't consider it a "pro" (since it's something that one should expect), but since so many other people have posted about it, I feel the need to mention that I have absolutely zero heat issues running the card at full load at stock settings (right now it's at 99% usage and 61oC w/ fan at 70% - ambient 75-76oF, 24oC).
Runs Hot

Pros: The rebate and selling the games coupons made it quite cheap when I picked it up. It does overclock nicely... if you can keep the heat down.
Cons: Not sure about these people claiming how cool it runs. I have 3 PCI-E slots with this card on the bottom. The MSI 7850 in the first slot runs about 55oC under full stock load. The 7870 runs about 75oC. Not since the days of my 5970's have I had to bust out my Honeywell floor fan to provide some additional airflow. The card's fan itself maxes out at around 4200rpm (vs near 6000rpm for the msi 7850 twin frozr).
Overall Review: Skip the 7870 and wait for a 7950 or 7970.
Didn't last long under 24hr load of approx. 500-600W

Pros: I got it for $75. It's also modular. Mostly. Oh, it's quiet. Perhaps a little too quiet if two 5870's can kill it in four months. I prefer my fans to sound like jet engines, then you know that they're working.
Cons: Purchased 8/16/2012, dead when attempting to power on today, January 29, 2013. That's not the durability one would expect from a PSU. I've never had a PSU die so quickly (in over 20 years). All but one has lasted until I've retired them (usually 2-3 years). The only other one I've had that died also happened to die in a far more entertaining manner.
Overall Review: A PSU that dies should exhausting out aromatic black smoke, not just sit there and do nothing.
