Well worth the money
Pros: Extremely fast, affordable, quick install, and super quiet. I managed to install windows in under 10 minutes, then installed all my drivers/bios/programs in another 15 minutes.
Cons: If I had to nitpick, this is a 2.5" drive with no adapter to make it fit in a a desktop computer's 3.5" slots. It is very light, so I have mine basically free floating in a regular 3.5" port held up by 2 screws. It's not a big issue, but one you should be aware of. I guess the fact it didn't come with a sata cable could be considered a con also, but I was aware of both of these issues before hand.
Overall Review: For you less tech savvy, or those of you who just don't know, a little lesson on storage space. Computers read 1028 bytes = 1kB (kilobyte). HDD/SSD manufacturers set their standard as 1000 bytes = 1kB. What that means in this case is that you are paying for a 128GB drive by the industry standard, but when you get it into your computer it roughly equates to a 119GB drive. I don't put this as a Con because it is the norm with pretty much all HDD/SSD. After I finished installing Windows and putting all the programs I use on the SSD, I have 67.4 GBs of free space left. This is all before I try installing all my games I own on Steam (which equates to something like 113 GB). So, if you are a gamer, you might want to go for an SSD with more space, otherwise you might have to pick and choose the games you want installed. My New Windows Experience Index rating: 7.7 (out of 7.9), previously 5.8 because of my hard drive. (SSD rates a 7.9 on the index)
