Pros: Keeps my X2 4400+ (oc'd 2640 Mhz) 3-4 C degrees cooler a idle and 6-7 C degrees Cooler load, vs my Thermalright XP-120 heatsink. May try to overclock a little more after tim sets in and cpu burn in.

Cons: Could not fit in my older Cooler Master Aluminum case with side panel closed, about an inch of it was sticking out. Had to use an older steel case that was a litle wider, barely clearing heatsink and the case cover.

Overall Review: Mounting set up need some work, DFI CFX3200DR MB original backmount used, but careful to not over tighten.
