Pros: It's a smart watch, so I like the features and apps.

Cons: -I didn't know it was a older model and should have been made aware that this is the older model. -If you lose the docker, you're messed up. There is a limited amount available.

Overall Review: - I like the watch because of it's smart features, but am dissatisfied that it's the older model. - If I didn't lose the docker, I probably would be writing this.

Cons: - Unpacked and connected to my computer and it didn't respond.- Plugged into Headphones and no sound.- Samsung Note 20 didn't recognize it.

Overall Review: If the item worked I might recommend it. Returning as soon as possible, if possible.

Why would you send my package through a bad rated company. Everyone including myself didn't receive their item. Mine was sent to another state.
