Solid enough for HTPC

Pros: Everything fit for my HTPC, it doesn't twist when you move it around, and the power so far is working just fine. What more can you ask for? I did replace the fan to something a little quieter, but the stock fan was already pretty quiet.
Cons: Definitely needs a SATA DVD drive because it gets really close to the CPU heatsink.
Overkill

Pros: Easy to install on NVidia cards
Cons: LOAD! If you over-clock then it might be worth it, but it's totally over-kill for everyone else.
Works well for HTPC

Pros: No major problems setting up. I'd read some old posts about driver problems, but Biostar has updates that work great. The integrated graphics are great for standard video and I've read is hit-miss on HD, but I'm not there yet. Can always put in a card at that point if needed.
Cons: You can work the HDMI/DVI and S-Video simultaneously, but not the VGA and S-Video. The audio driver software is a little annoying, but all in all not bad.
