Pros: Used Norton up to when they srtarted becoming a resource hog and switched over. this came up and worth it for 10 devices now that Symantec has streamlined Norton to use less resources thus putting them back towards the top of the list again.

I would recommend this product as well as the seller. Prompt delivery came in 2 days earlier than expected.

I would recommend this seller even though I had to send the tower back for refund. Something in the BIOS caused it to go haywire but they promptly made everything alright. Refund hit my original form of payment 48 hours after they received the return shipment. Will shop from STG in the future.

I stress the fact of careful with refurbs, these new batteries have a preset lifespan and only take so many charges and once that amount is met, the battery shuts down and wont take any more charges. The service sticker was not present when received and factory charges you to connect to tech support if you don't have a "service" tag. Mine was illegible, so I had to buy it myself. Newegg was of no help either because it wasn't their responsibility. They cost around $65.00 USD. Otherwise, it's a great laptop, just what I needed for going back to school to finish that degree.
