Best bang for the buck!!

Pros: Unlocked Multi allows for easy OC'ing. AM3 45Nm technology Unlockable 3rd and 4th cores. High OC potential. Runs very cool stock.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Was able to unlock all 4 cores using a Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P and Hybrid BIOS. Has passed testing with AMD Overdrive@ 6 hrs, Cinebench, KribiBench, 3DMArk06, and SuperPI 2 million. As would be expected, temps went up after unlocking all cores, so an aftermarket HSF should be used. Also, remember that not every chip may unlock and be stable. The cores are locked for different reasons. Some had bad caches, while others fail calculation tests, and some ran too hot with stock HSF. Keep this in mind. All in all, you really cant lose with this. You either get a high clocking dual core or a very good quad core.
Good Cooler

Pros: Plenty of heat pipes. Plenty of cooling surface. Very nice finish on Heatsink. Mean looking!
Cons: Heavy. Very large. May cause clearance issues. Craftsmanship "iffy". Instructions not entirely clear.
Overall Review: Overall, a quite capable cooler. Keeps my AMD 5400 BE OC'ed to 3.2ghz around 7c @ idle and no higher then 42c @ full load in a CAF 932. Though My old Kingwin 92mm HDT kept it around the same temps. The reverse threads are not stated in the instructions. Also, The threads for the mounting brackets where not cut completely and had to chase them.
Best G Skill memory I have used to date!

Pros: Runs cool. Low voltage (1.9) Runs @ 4-4-4-12 with no volt increase!. Nice looking. Good OC'er.
Cons: Heat spreader is a little tall. "May" interfere with the HSF.
Overall Review: This memory runs nice and cool. Spreaders do the job nicely. Ran Memtest stable for 12 hours at 4-4-4-12 with no errors! This barely clears my CoolerMaster V8 HSF on a Asus MoBo.
Awsome CPU!

Pros: Unlocked Multi. Low wattage. Low heat. Easy overclocker.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Smoking fast dual core. Took 1.49 CPU voltage to get 6 hours OCCT stable. Some info about OC'ing this baby. 1) You WILL have to raise your Vcore to be stable @3.2ghz. 2)If your not at least 6 hour stable, YOUR NOT STABLE! 3) Go in baby steps when raising Vcore. Raise it, then Stress test. Repeat. 4) Get a GOOD aftermarket Heatsink/Fan assy!
VERY good memory!!

Pros: Very stable. Running @ 4.4.4.12 at stock Volts. Memtest passed @ 12 hours. Orthos passed at 12 hours. Waiting for my 5400 BE to arrive before OC'ing these but I expect good results
Cons: None!
Fet Cooling ONLY

Pros: Nice looking. About the same as any other HS.
Cons: None
Overall Review: These are NOT for VGA memory chips. These are FET HS's. I didnt know that when I bought these. Not a big deal though as I planned on buying some anyways. But just a heads up.
