A Great Case

Pros: It's a LIAN-LI case which equates to high quality craftsmanship. The HDD mounting system is simple yet genius. It's cool and quiet.
Cons: It wasn't a gift.
Overall Review: This is the solution for a fanless graphics card with the heatsink mounted on the GPU (component side of PCB) which is why I purchased this case. Now with my motherboard mounted to the left panel of the case instead of the traditional right panel, the heatsink of the graphics card is on top instead of beneath the card. The idle temperature is now 73C where as previously it was 88C. In fact, even after looping 3DMark for 2 hours the temperature for my graphics card never exceeded 81C. PSU is a Rosewill with a 120mm fan. The 60mm CPU fan is the loudest noise and it's spinning at 3300 - 4000 rpm. The case temperature hovers around 33C, the CPU 44C with the ambient room temperature 23C.
Great daily driver

Pros: Good color reproduction and crisp fonts.
Cons: it can't read my mind
Overall Review: This monitor has been used daily since December 2007 but slowly died this past September 2013. After replacing the two 820 uF and the 330 uF capacitors on the PS PCB it's up and running again. Maybe I'll get a few more years out of this work horse.
Mostly All Purpose DVP 5960

Pros: Plays almost everything I've tried for a few years. I'm on my second one only because I set my first unit up in my kid's room. DVD play is flawless and Divx plays on this unit better than my OPPO which is a bummer since I bought the OPPO to replace this player. USB supports my thumbdrives,WD My Books, and Vantec SATA/IDE to USB Adapter. Display can be read across the room.
Cons: No DTS. HDMI "AUTO" doesn't detect 4:3 so I have to set aspect ratio on my Panasonic TH-42PX60U but the OPPO performs this task flawlessly. USB and non-DVD disc display only 14 characters on the menu and displays files in unsorted order only. USB doesn't support NFTS HDD but FAT32 HDD playback of Divx is almost flawless, some minor video lag. DVD doesn't resume from last played position. Remote is small, no eject function and I had to get another remote after about 16 months of use.
Overall Review: Don't FF Divx faster than 8x because it seems to lose audio sync, might just be me. A good all purpose and durable player. Firmware 37.06.42.18
