Pros: New Egg will replace it if it's DOA and even pay for return shipping

Cons: Headset refuses to charge. It was DOA. Poor Microsoft quality.

Overall Review: This is microsoft's fault and not New Egg's. Don't blame New Egg. They have always been awesome and they took back the headset and even paid for return shipping. I am waiting for my replacement to arrive.

Pros: The box is very small for such "power" (according to the features). It get's the job done eventually (after a lot of effort)

Cons: -Sound is outputed through a seperate cable (not through the usb) -Horrible support from Win XP SP2 -The video messes up once in a while at random
