Pros: As with every Samsung drive I have installed,performance is great with no problems. The available Samsung installation programs are excellent.

Cons: When using the Samsung Magician app,the app says the drive is not genuine. I don't believe the drive is counterfeit,but I do suspect it was not to be sold in the USA. I'll probably never need the warranty ,but this issue should have been disclosed to the buyer of this product.

Free shipping is worthless if not delivered. It is now 15 days,still no product. I understand the vendor shipped the product quickly,but Smartpost is slow during the best of times. I feel no product shipped domestically should take over a week,it is now over two.
