Pros: The new stand up design improves stability over previous generation. Easier to use and navigate. Headphone and Mic IO on top make it easy to connect and disconnect headphones. The HDMI and DVI make it easier to connect displays for setups with limited display outputs. Super speed and fully powered USB ports make portable hard drives easily accessible.

Cons: There's no USB ports on the front which might have been helpful. The product needs to be handled carefully otherwise glossy body is prone to scratches. If the power cord is lost, it might be hard to replace with a more generic once since the port is differently sized from most 12V adapters

Overall Review: This new standing up type doc really has me all excited it is much easier to place on the side of my computer and keep everything connected and stable. I like the flexibility of attaching screens that my onboard graphic IO does not support. Its so amazing to have USB ports on the edge of my monitor instead of running usb extensions all the way on my work desk. This helps keep my desk tidy and makes everything more productive

Cons: - The base is a little large - The price is on the higher side - Hard to find a replacement adapter

Overall Review: The product is defiantly a one up from the non 4K black versions. The new aesthetic touch really makes a difference and the front USB ports really make things easier on my workflow. I can essentially store my PC away and connect all my peripherals using one connector

Pros: Study build and stable mounting. Externally powered so it powers USB HDDs as well as charges phones from the red ports Supports my multiple monitors using its hdmi and dvi The headphone and mic ports make it easier to hook and unhook the peripherals again and again

Cons: No forward facing usb or headphone ports Adapter is not the conventional 12v

Overall Review: The dock works fine for what it advertises, ships with the vga to dvi adapter doesn't move around too much even when the wires are moved. Charges my phone just fine and can access usb portable HDDs. A little steep on the pricing but since I can see myself utilizing most of the ports it works for me
