Pros: thought my laptop only had a single slot so ordered this to upgrade my 8gb to a 16. determined that i have a second slot and now i have a 24GB laptop (16+8GB) and is working great.

Cons: it is just memory and works in anything supporting DDR3 1600, not just dell (should be a bonus but that is from the item description)

Overall Review: Works Great, now i can have firefox and chrome open with out the computer freezing (from maxing memory)

Pros: keeps track of steps accurate enough battery is long enough that I do not really worry about it, but long enough that I forget to charge it.

Cons: The one thing that I wanted it for was because of the “Call and message notifications” doesn't even work on my phone (possibly because I got it through Freedom pop with a different call/text app). It will only beep/blink if you get a phone call or a text message (got that from the manual). Will not work if you get a generic notification from say Facebook Messenger or Kik. The sleep track function is pointless. It tells me I took 2-5 minutes to fall asleep even though I know it takes longer. Also always forget to flip the switch to go in to and out of sleep mode which it will then tell me that I had no sleep but long periods of inactivity or sleep all day with me taking 12k steps somehow.

Pros: Rebates are nice - wait for a rebate if you can, free upgrades are nice. every thing fits (below) except 1 thing (cons) even was able to add a second 120mm front fan with the way the 5.25 bay covers are made with little grooves just the right size for a fan screw front USB are always nice, and the more the better side windows are easily removed (or half removed) thanks to the push pin style screws, making mounting things (fans) on the outside of the computer and routing the cables in to the case. the fan controller is nice can power 2 of the zalman fans just nicely and provides a flexible connector for the 2 fans on the door for easy removal and and insertion with out having to mess with the Mobo fans. most of what i have to say is negative, but please do not take this as this is a bad case, this is a great case and i will be keeping it for a long time. Until i get rich with all the moneys and #dolladollabills and can get a giant case. reset button is easy to push but NOT easy to accidentally push, you have to mean it. which is nice. air flow is nice and the side fans will be nice to help push air in between multiple GPUs is you do get more than one, if you only plan on getting one GPU get a case that doesn't have the side fans and get a full window enjoy your creation.

Cons: my first complaint is that i contacted the Zalman Email Support BEFORE I PURCHASED this case to make sure it would work with my heatsink i have purchased for the build a Zalman CNPS10x Quiet tower heatsink. support said that i could have the big tower HS and the top 120mm side fan on the inside of the case. so i purchase this case instead of a Zalman Z5 or Z9u3 (with out side fans), get the heastink and the side of the case barely fits and the heatpipes are up inside the 120mm fan and also keeping the side door from fitting. the fix was easy thanks to how Zalman made the windows so i currently have 1 fan mounted on the outside of the case with the power wire running through the window. could use a little more room behind the motherboard, everything back there is cramped . and when you have all five 3.5" bays full makes it hard to place useless molex connectors. no bottom mounted PSU air filter, the fan at the bottom next to the PSU has a filter, there is mounting places for the filter just not supplied. Also could not find it on their website. so the PSU has the fan inside the case. side area is almost full mesh and lets cat hair in, had to add another 120MM fan intake to pressurize the case more and keep cat hair out power button is on the top where cat can turn on the computer came with 3x blue fans and 1 bland B+W fan why? idk

Great price and fast shipping. Memory is not to special and i'm using the "Dell" memory on my HP Laptop. the Memory is just Crucial which is basically universal as long as your computer supports the size you order.

the product was good enough the sata cables work great and no errors or cable issues. the product was shipped fast enough was not in to much of a hurry, but finished by pc with the parts easy enough and fast

Tracking number did not work with USPS, UPS, or Fedex. but i got the package in a decent time. also there was no packing slip, but i got everything i should of.
