Zonet ZEW2500P Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g MINI USB / USB 2.0 Up to 54Mbps Wireless Data Rates
Zonet ZEW2500P Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g MINI USB / USB 2.0 Up to 54Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: This product works excellent on Windows XP and Windows 98, even 30 feet away through 3 solid walls!

Cons: This product came in one business day late. Driver needs to be updated for Windows XP.

Overall Review: Originally I was going to go with a Linksys usb adapter, but I decided to give this little adapter from Zonet a try. I updated the driver for a Windows XP machine to test it and it worked great. I then set it up on a Windows 98SE machine. It works perfect on there. I highly recommend this Adapter to anyone.

Grand CPU

Intel Core i7-920 - Core i7 Bloomfield Quad-Core 2.66 GHz LGA 1366 130W Processor - BX80601920
Intel Core i7-920 - Core i7 Bloomfield Quad-Core 2.66 GHz LGA 1366 130W Processor - BX80601920

Pros: I do a lot of multitasking and this processor shines. The floating point scores are amazing. I ran several games and movies with music playing all at the same time flawlessly. In my experience, the true potential of this cpu is realized through running virtual machines.

Cons: The overall budget for a computer can become somewhat expensive after adding compatible components for this cpu.

Overall Review: This is the best price vs performance out of the core i7 series. If you're looking at the core i7 series, there isn't too much improvement in the higher models. If you don't want to spend the extra dollars for a core i7 machine, you may want to go with a Q6600 machine at least until the prices drop for the parts. You won't loose much performance, unless you do a ton of virtual machines and of the like with huge arithmetic processing.

Comments: I got this case 2 days ago and just love it. It's great. I did replace the 450w psu for a 520W though. I'm planning on turning it into a high-end multimedia station as soon as I get the other parts together. If you're interested in checking out the parts I'm looking at, search for "Archangel's Parts" in the Wish Lists.
