Super Card

PowerColor Radeon X800GTO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Graphics Card X800GTO256MBDDR3
PowerColor Radeon X800GTO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Graphics Card X800GTO256MBDDR3

Pros: Fast, clear graphics. Nice and cool operation. Quiet.

Cons: Drop the ATI drivers for the Xtreme Warcat Drivers.Much higher frame rates and smoother play.

Overall Review: This card runs through 5-6hrs of CoD2..CodUO everynight without a hitch. The graphics are much better than the Nvidia 6600Gt and 6800 once you get your settings established.

Died

MSI 790FX-GD70 AM3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard
MSI 790FX-GD70 AM3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Alot of capable functions. Bells and whistles.

Cons: Board died after 4 months. Will not boot, post ect. Replaced power supply, still nothing. everything else in case works like usual. Nothing on board at all.

Overall Review: Tried contacting MSI...Nothing...hold...leave message. Hold..leave message. Have spent around $11,000.00 over past years at newegg ordering computer parts and this is Absolutely the last MSI product I buy due to the lousy service setup at MSI. Gigabyte again for sure.

Disappointed

ADATA 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AD2U800B1G5-DRH
ADATA 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AD2U800B1G5-DRH

Pros: nice heatspreaders...

Cons: After close to 8months, memory failed. Continuous "memory errors"...games started crashing...installed pair of different brand from another gaiming system at house, all is well.

Overall Review: I have had good luck with the A-Data brand in past....build on avg. 6 Gaming systems a month and ship all over the country. Hoping this was isolated.

Disappointed

GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Features. Build about three gamers a week and use gigabyte exclusively.

Cons: Not up to par with other Gigabyte products. On board video lousy in game. PCI slot with video card just as bad. had constant stutter issues. Bios update, same problem. Pulled board and put GA-M57SLI back in and runs solid as always. Past return time so I have a nice paper weight.

Overall Review: Most likely got a bad board....installed same setup on a new ECS board....no issues.

Acer 19" Active Matrix, TFT LCD WXGA+ LCD Monitor 5 ms D-Sub, DVI AL1916WAbd

Pros: Extremely bright white backgrounds and sharp crisp on screen text and pics.

Cons: none

Overall Review: some LCDs have a haze or foggy display. This is very nice. I build gaming systems..avg 4 a week and use this and two other displays only!

All around board

GIGABYTE GA-K8NF-9 939 NVIDIA nForce4 4X ATX AMD Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-K8NF-9 939 NVIDIA nForce4 4X ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Quality components, capacitors, headers. Nforce4, SLI, SATA II, Wide array of compatible memory mfgs. AMD 64, FX, X2.Bios overclocking for cpu, memory and PCIx. Always stable. No lag gaming. Price.

Cons: NONE

Overall Review: I am an extremely avid gamer, everynight for atleast 5-6 hrs.I build at a min. 4 gaming systems a month for customers and almost always use this board. It is a very strong platform to build with.Always boots the first time, always loads all components and has never given me or any of the builds a problem. RMA'd one board ( problem was actually the HD) and Newegg was as always, no questions asked, we will send you another. This is more than worth the money if you are looking for a strong, stable, problem free Motherboard that has all the bells and whistles for less money than the other names.
