SABRENT 1TB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 Internal SSD High-Performance Solid State Drive (SB-ROCKET-1TB)

Pros: This was super easy to install and it is blazing fast. I am more than happy with this product so far. The only thing I wonder about is how long is this going to last?

Cons: None

Overall Review: I am very pleased with this purchase so far.

Most Critical Review

Great picture, can connect with your PC, very wonky controls

EZVIZ C1C HD 1080p - Indoor WIFI Security Camera, Smart Motion Detection Zones, Full Duplex Two-Way Audio, 40ft Night Vision 2.4GHz WiFi Supports MicroSD Card up to 256GB
EZVIZ C1C HD 1080p - Indoor WIFI Security Camera, Smart Motion Detection Zones, Full Duplex Two-Way Audio, 40ft Night Vision 2.4GHz WiFi Supports MicroSD Card up to 256GB

Pros: Very few IPcams allow you to connect via your PC, and very few allow recording directly to a microSD card. This one does both (an app is available for your PC). Of course they would rather you pay the monthly fee to store the videos on the cloud, however. This camera has very good picture quality, and the motion detection works well (and you can determine what area of the shot to monitor with good refinement - some cameras only have like 16 blocks in the whole picture, this has hundreds). The messaging/notification feature works well (tell you if you have a motion detection event) with my android phone and it can email you, as well. The 2-way audio works well. The cord is very long. Night vision is acceptable.

Cons: There are not as many controls as there are on most IP cams. I can't find any setting that allows audio trigger for an alarm. The only alarm I can find is motion detection. Considering how few settings there are, the controls for the settings are very non-intuitively laid out. It takes some getting used to. Another frustrating thing is that their website claims this supports up to 256GB microSD cards. Well, I've not been able to get one to work on any of mine (I have 3 of these cameras). It states that the card must be formatted, so I tell it to format it, and it gets to 26%, then fails and says there "is a card exception". Playback of videos is different from any other cam I've had. There is a horizontal timeline on the bottom of the app (phone or pc) and there are vertical lines marked at any time during the day the you have a video recorded (usually from a motion). You slide the timeline so that the indicator in the middle is at a line indicating a video, and that video will play.

Overall Review: Overall, I like this cam. If I could get my 256GB cards to work, I'd give it 4 stars.

Awesome fun!

Intex River Run Connect 1 Person Floating Tube, Blue (2 Pack) & 2 Person Tube
Intex River Run Connect 1 Person Floating Tube, Blue (2 Pack) & 2 Person Tube

Pros: Take these down the Salt river just NE of Phoenix. 75% of all the tubes people have are these ones. Super tough and very comfy! Can't go wrong!

Cons: They don't inflate themselves!

Overall Review: Get one! Or twelve

Must be meticulous to get these going

Elf Smart Plug by Eques - No Hub Required - Compatible with Alexa & Google Home (4 Pack)
Elf Smart Plug by Eques - No Hub Required - Compatible with Alexa & Google Home (4 Pack)

Pros: They have always worked flawlessly for me. I have 25 ir so of these. Every IPcan i have us on one (if the cam goes offline, I just reset it by switching it's elf off and on). I also have multiple households and I remote desktop to the computers at each location. If a computer goes offline, same thing... I reset it by turning it on then off. I set the BIOS to turn on after a power outage. This has saved my bacon many times. I also have one on each Christmas tree. 8 in one house. Timers all set. Decorative water fountain by the front door (I'm looking ti see if I can have it turn on whenever the doorbell cam senses movement. It's a work in progress.

Cons: You MUST have your phone on the 2.4GHz wifi to get these to install. No way around it. If you want to change the name of the elf, you must switch back to 2.4GHz. If you are just using the app for regular stuff (turning them on and off), it doesn't matter what frequency you're on. But I've never had one fail.

Overall Review: Great value for the low cost. Very reliable. Just be careful that you follow the rules when setting these up.

Exactly what I expected!

BestMassage 6-Shelf Commercial Steel Wire Shelving Rack WS-776-Chrome
BestMassage 6-Shelf Commercial Steel Wire Shelving Rack WS-776-Chrome

Pros: Assembles easily. Appears well-built. Was able to put 2 of these side-by side and interlock an extra column of shelves between them so that I actually have 3 columns of shelves (with 4 shelves for each column in stead of 6 - which is too many for me anyway) for the price of 2 units.

Cons: None

Overall Review: As soon as I can clear an old go-cart out of my garage, I'm going to get 3 more of these and have 3 columns wide, 2 deep, with 3 shelves each. That's 12' x 36' of storage for my larger storage totes!

Drops connections like crazy - updated: replacement does exact same thing

Linksys AC3200 WRT3200ACM Open Source Ready Smart Wi-Fi Gigabit Router Supported by DD-WRT, eSATA / USB 3.0
Linksys AC3200 WRT3200ACM Open Source Ready Smart Wi-Fi Gigabit Router Supported by DD-WRT, eSATA / USB 3.0

Pros: This replaced a wrt1900ac (v.1) of which I had no problems (am using it in another location now). This router wasn't much more expensive, but had the faster processor, increased RAM, and hilgher connections speeds, so I got it. Setup is indeed very easy, and it connects to my DSL modem/router via PPOE so I can shut down the router portion of the dsl modem. I have a dyn address, and with this router each component on the home network can use the dyn address as a local address (could not do this on the modem/router). Speeds are very fast (when not dropping connections).

Cons: Updated: Replacement behaves in the same manner. Tested at 2 different locations in case the PPOE portion of the connection was causing trouble, or modem somehow was the reason. Both the cable internet and DSL internet locations (PPOE and DHCP) had crazy-frequent disconnects between all types of devices. Bottom line: this router is as worthless as teets on a bull. Changed to one egg from two. BTW, notice how almost every review is from someone who was given a free router? No filter available to weed them out. Original: Network connections are dropped constantly (every 10-20 seconds), but for extremely short durations. You wouldn't notice it with normal internet/network traffic, but when you are doing something that mandates absolutely solid connections, the drops are ridiculously frequent. If I am connected to another computer via RDP, forget about it. You can't do anything, as you constantly get a *resetting connection* message for about 1/25th of a second, then it reconnects making the disturbance barely noticeable, but if you are transferring a file, it stops with each dropped connection. So forget about transferring files. Same type of network disconnect message on the Xbox One S during online gaming, making online gaming impossible.

Overall Review: I really wanted to love this router, especially since I got a smokin' holiday deal, but this connection issue is a deal-breaker if it continues (I am returning the router and hopefully the replacement is fine). I hate to wreck the love-fest of nearly perfect reviews, but this router I received is BAD! I also wanted to try the DD-WRT firmware, but decided not to since there isn't a "sponsored" or "official" version by linksys, and the DD-WRT site seems to note problems with their versions. I had an old Buffalo N-router that had an official DD-WRT version, and it was the greatest router ever. Perhaps open source firmware would solve my connections problem, but with unofficial versions, I don't want to risk "bricking" the thing, then having no way to return it. I had hoped that by now, someone's review would have included a positive experience with one of the open-source software versions, but I haven't seen any.

They work great for me!

I have 12 of these and they all work fantastic. I have one on each ipcam so I can remotely reset them if they go wonky. Plus one on each computer (I remote desktop to them) to reset them if they get disconnected (BIOS is set to start up in case of power loss). Never had any trouble with them.
