Pros: Plug and play, works just as stated! MUCH faster than my wireless connection that kept going out at random.

Overall Review: I wish I would have purchased these a year ago when we bought our house. The entire house has cat 5 in every room except the room where I've located my office. I almost had a contractor cut into the drywall and drop cat 5 from the room above. Sooooo glad I found this device!
