Pros: Reasonable price, works well for recovering data from HDDs.

Cons: Power cable went bad after a year or so - easy fix.

Overall Review: I thought the power supply had gone bad, but replacing the main three-prong cable fixed the issue!

Pros: Allows you to add 4 IDE drives. RAID works fine. You can pull a drive out of a mirrored array and it will work fine as a regular single drive. Installed XP to a mirrored RAID (before I realised I couldn't boot to it), then pulled a drive out and used that single drive (not connected to the RAID card) as the boot drive and it worked.

Cons: Can't get my fairly new system to boot from the RAID configured on this card, which was a disappointment. I ended up having my OS installed a single drive connected to the motherboard, and then using two drives (mirrored) connected to the PCI card for data storage. No RAID 5 support, but that's clearly stated in the description.

Overall Review: Great inexpensive RAID card - for data security.

Pros: Matches other Linksys products, optional wall mount bracket, when it worked it performed well

Cons: Ports started going bad after around 24 months, one after another
