Pros: I installed OpenSuSE 15.2 on this laptop and it works almost perfectly. I am using the KDE Plasma desktop. Here is what works: 1) WiFi 2) Bluetooth 3) Printing to a wireless Xerox 6022 Phaser printer 4) Sound 5) Online videos as well as mpeg4 videos 6) Suspend and resume when closing the lid. 7) Zoom (for meetings) 8) The keyboard backlights 9) Wireless mouse 10) Most of the control buttons work (i.e. the Windows button brings up the KDE menu, the volume buttons work, the screen brightness works, etc.) 11) *.mp3's play 12) Videos i take with my camera and cell phone play. 13) USB external hard drives work. The laptop itself is in like new condition. My battery life is about 6.5 hours for casual use. I'm very happy with this laptop

Overall Review: The T440 works well with OpenSuSE 15.2 (Leap). It is dual boot but I have not used the Windows side much at all. The btrfs file system allows me to do backups really fast using Luckybakup, which is a frontend to rsync
