Pros: Very solid feature set for the price. Attractive option for someone that needs to upgrade but wants to keep their AGP video card and perhaps their DDR RAM.

Cons: Installation was a nightmare. Had to try three different kinds of ram and ended up having to buy new stuff before the board would stop locking up during OS installation. Once the OS was installed I never was able to get the onboard NIC to work despite a BIOS flash and 3 different drivers. Had to use a PCI NIC. Overall, a very frustrating experience so far. I suggest that someone looking for a 754 socket board look elsewhere.
