DYI - Home Server

Pros: Built my own Windows Home Server using this board. It replaced an Intel Dual Core that I had. I wanted to use a board/processor with a lower power draw. It runs headless in my basement, and I connect to the video share from computers through-out the house. My primary TV is connected to a P3-800Mhz PC, and I stream all videos from this Home Server. I did play a 7Gb HD Video file with NO lag or stuttering.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I have an Internal 4 Disk - 1.5 TB RAID 5 Array (Using High Point RAID Card.) I have an External 4 Disk - 3 TB RAID 5 Array (SANS Digital) Everything is connected via Gigabit, and I have not noticed any decrease in performance (for what I am doing) over the Dual-Core PC.
Still Running Solid

Pros: I have 4 of these in a RAID 5 array, been up and running since Jan 2008 - 24/7.
Cons: None.
Solid Works Great

Pros: - Fits 4 drives in 3 bay opening.
Cons: - With the case I have the screw holes don't line up. I could make my own holes in the case, but it sits almost all the way into my case and I'm OK with that.
Overall Review: - I have 4 WD Caviar Blue 500 Gb drives, and a HighPoint RAID 5 card. Running on Windows 2008 R2. - The setup has been running for close to 2 years 24/7, without any problems. - It is also in the basement, so I do not care how loud the machine is.
