Not bad

ADATA Premier Pro SP900 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) ASP900S3-128GM-C
ADATA Premier Pro SP900 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) ASP900S3-128GM-C

Pros: A lot Faster than the old spin drive I had running this computer. Works great, and with the 2.5" to 3.5" adapter it fits perfectly into a desktop or tower. Have mine running a tower with Win7 Ultimate and it flies. Used to take 5 minutes from a restart to being able to use the computer, now takes 20 seconds.

Cons: None so far, except Win8.1 pro has a long boot process.

One defective

G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ
G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ

Pros: 2 out of the 3 sticks worked.

Cons: 1 bad stick, BSOD'd during windows bootup. RMA'd back to Newegg. Why am I having to pay shipping for something thats defective?

Overall Review: Set the mobo bios to run the memory at XMP in order for the memory to run at its correct speed of 1600mhz, system would BSOD. Set the memory settings to auto, this ran the memory at 1066mhz, occasionally the computer would BSOD. Tried the memory in another system and had the same problems. I have a set of Gskill Tridents which work great. Tridents worked in both systems, this set of Gskills didn't.

GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Rock solid. Works great.

Cons: na

Overall Review: The Gigabyte site DOES NOT SHOW this motherboard as taking DDR3 memory as previously stated by another person. The site shows that the Gigabyte MA790XT-UD4P, which is an AM3 only motherboard, does show it takes DDR3 memory. Notice the T after the MA790X!

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ - Athlon 64 X2 Windsor Dual-Core 3.0 GHz Socket AM2 89W Processor - ADA6000IAA6CZ
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ - Athlon 64 X2 Windsor Dual-Core 3.0 GHz Socket AM2 89W Processor - ADA6000IAA6CZ

Pros: I have the 125w version of the X2 6000. There are 2 versions, the 89w and the 125w.

Cons: The 125w will not work with the ECS A780GM-A motherboard which is designed for up to 95w.

Overall Review: Tim, if you haven't already then let Newegg know ASAP. They may have inadvertently sent you the 125w cpu by mistake instead of the 89w. You have 30 days from when you bought the cpu to do exchanges. And there is a new bios for your motherboard which supports: Phenom II X945 X955 X545 Z550processors. Athlon II 600E,605E,400E,405E,245,250 processors.

EPoX EP-MF570SLI AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Good board

Cons: NA

Overall Review: That's strange. I have an Abit AV8 Third Eye 939, an Epox 8rda3+, an Epox 8k3a+, an Epox 8k7a+, and an Abit 8k7a Raid, all of which I can set the memory to keep changing speeds when I overclock the cpu. As for Ghost Bios, when I see a screen that says Ghost Bios Enabled and then everyone of my Bios settings are reset, including the clock, what would you call that? And I never said anything about not getting this motherboard. I'd buy another one. By the way, My DDR2 800 is running @ 533, to get the system to boot, while the CPU is overclocked. And there's nothing wrong with the overclock. Prime 95 ran for a week straight without any problems. If I set the memory to 800, the bios resets.

Good Video card

EVGA GeForce 7950GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support KO HDCP Video Card 512-P2-N635-AR

Pros: Good card, good graphics.

Cons: Price could be a little lower, considering the price of the lower end 8800 GTS cards.

Overall Review: Can only get to overclock to 595/1450, any higher and the video card locks up when running 3dMark. Haven't played any games yet using this card. System config: Epox MF570 SLI, AMD x2 3800 @ 2700MHz (65w), Mushkin DDR2 800 EPP, EVGA 7950GT, Asus Chilly Vent Lux heatsink, Seagate 400GB Perpendicular SATA300.
