Pros: Very reliable platform vs all other USB drives.
Cons: Would love to see them cheaper, but you have to pay for the aluminum and machining that goes into making it.
Overall Review: No USB drive lasts more than max 10 years, replace them every 3-5 years like a HDD.
I bought 2 of these, one is dead on arrival. RMA was dead on arrival. The other one works. WTH?
Pros: Has all the bells and whistles you want from a performance HDD.
Cons: Such an expensive and high end item should never be DoA, and to have the RMA replacement DOA is just nuts. Still working with WD Advanced RMA service - thank goodness for that at the least.
Overall Review: No.
Basic Model - Not Great
Pros: So far, very nice and clear picture. I have a VK266H that is the same size screen-estate, this picture is better. It included a bunch of cables. DVI to HDMI, HDMI to Display Port, power cable, audio cable, even the old VGA to VGA cable; odd that one, because there is no VGA or DVI port on the monitor.
Cons: The menu selection buttons to power on or do any monitor setting/adjustment are backwards, in that you have to reach under to the back side of the monitor to hit the buttons - very stupid. There is a removal ruler sized panel on the back of the monitor covering the plug ports. You really can't access the ports with the panel on, so you take it off and never put it back - so why include it in the first place? The model of the monitor is no where on the front to tell you what it is. This monitor was just not well thought out in design, unusual for ASUS.
Overall Review: It has HDMI and Display Port - but no DVI. It couldn't cost that much to add the port, they should have. I got this on sale for Christmas, not a bad purchase. I would tell you to look at other ASUS models with the buttons on the front.
Good Enough
Pros: Was simple, and price was the lowest around for the same thing.
Cons: None
