Very quiet, no bearing or electrical noise
Pros: Inaudible below 1000RPM No bearing noise High static pressure Highest CFM among other ML models 5 year warranty
Cons: Expensive Audible air movement at 2000+ RPM, but it's expected Finishing on the inner parts of the blades could be better Stickers aren't perfectly centered, so at low RPMs they look wobbling Grey rubber pads stand out, would prefer those to be black to match the frame color
Overall Review: I got these fans for my radiators, very happy with their performance, they push air through high density radiator with no issues. Absolutely no bearing or electrical noise, the only thing I hear at high RPM is air movement, but that's expected. The fans are expensive, but with ML bearings and friction-less operation I expect these to last.
Good choice for a Mini ITX NAS
Pros: Dual Intel 10Gbe ports. Silent in its stock configuration. Relatively cheap (while it was on sale).
Cons: CPU gets a little hot. (Had to ghetto-mount a 60mm fan on top of the heatsink). Internal USB 3.0 header would be handy. External USB 2.0 ports on the back would be handy as well.
Overall Review: Bought this motherboard as a part of my Mini ITX NAS upgrade. The primary reason for the upgrade was a transition from 1Gbe to 10Gbe infrastructure.
Not happy, wrong item sent and charged restocking fee
Seller sent an alternatively mismatching model intended for use in a different region and withheld a restocking fee after I returned the item. I ended up having to file a claim with Newegg to force the restocking charge refunded.
Unreliable seller
Seller took the money, provided invalid tracking number, and hasn't replied to any of my messages.
