Refurbished: HP Compaq 6000 Pro SFF PC, Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 @ 2.6GHz, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Windows 7 Pro
Pros: Price-49$ Delivered with mouse and keyboard. The keyboard is smartcard. (on sale until 12/9 on newegg flash) Good shape for refurb. Delivered with Core 2 Duo 7500 2.93GHZ RAM upgradeable to 16gigs
Cons: Totally useless upon arrival (hence the egg deduct)- I reinstalled 7Pro alone and works great now.
Overall Review: On first boot I got the improper shut-down screen. After the full boot up I knew why. The OS install was junk, and it took 5 minutes to open the control panel. I hit restart, and the computer failed to shut down(after 10 minutes I had to force it). On next start I spent time attempting to diagnose, but after wasting some time it was just easier for me to load a fresh 7Pro copy; now it runs great. I have other computers, and this one will be great for my intended use.
Pros: Full qwerty.+touchscreen Dual sim
Cons: The Push mail feature does not work due to software failure The phone call sound is of poor quality Java is not upgradable Works poorly overall Customer service is basically non-existent
Overall Review: There is no live customer service for these. You can request an RMA via their website, but that is it. The dual Sim is nice, and I had no trouble setting up the data settings for internet with my wireless provider settings, but others may find it confusing if they have not done it before. Bottom line, it was cheap and if I had only wanted a phone for texting purposes it would have been fine.

Pros: Everything previously stated
Overall Review: The screen had a seemingly undetectable screen protector on it that was the cause for the red W. After the seller told me about it I was able to get a handle on it, take it off and the problem is fixed. I feela little silly, but that screen saver was put on flawlessly and I could not even see it.
Pros: I recieved exactly what I expected in the device. It arrived in great shape, and the set up process took only a few minutes. For anyone who is curious about the amount of data usage required for set up, for me it was just under 1MB. I loaded preware onto mine and updated the kernal(not required by any means, but upgrading is in my blood lol) It is very simple to use, light weight, durable, touch screen and keypad(something I was looking for), and functions well. It is worth the asking price.
Cons: I know they can do better with battery life. It is no worse than other comparable devices.
Pros: Easy set up, works out of the box. Easy to tweak the device so it really rocks. So easy my mom could use it :) Newegg's shipping was super fast.
Cons: My only con is that I did not get it when they had the mad sale..but it is still a good deal!
Overall Review: I was anxious because I bought refurb, but it is flawless. I tweaked it out with preware. I can't link you easy directions, but do a search and you'll find them. I can do 1.5 or 1.7. but 1.5 flies
The seller was extremely polite and helpful.
The item was packaged well, and shipped out speedily. The item I ordered dd not function, so I had to exchange and the second one did not work either. The seller handled everything nicely , but the sale just did not work out. I would buy from this seller again, due to their service.
