Make up for Microsoft's Failures
Pros: Works. Can be used with the 360 vertical and horizontal. Draws power from an outlet rather then the xbox.
Cons: Loud... but easily drowned out by surround sound.
Overall Review: The main reason I bought this product was to see if it would stop my Xbox from overheating and freezing. Got the RRoD, sent it in, got it back. Within a weak I was having problems with it overheating and freezing. Only happened when I gamed excessively (6+ hours straight), or watched netflix (within 20minutes of netflix). Since I've had the fan it still freezes during netflix....usually after about 2 hours of streaming. Got it within 2 days of ordering
Little improvement
Pros: it's cheap, and it's alot smaller than I thought it was gonna be.
Cons: I used it with my desktop PCI card and it didn't increase the signal I wanted it to at all... but it did pick up 4 or 5 other networks that my stock antenna didnt.
Overall Review: you get what you pay for.
Not good around wireless routers
Pros: Is full sized, which is nice compared to the smaller laptop mice. Extra buttons are good for casual gamers.
Cons: The mouse kept cutting in and out every 5-10sec just for a split second. Which is a major concern when you are trying to play games. After a little research, and some common sense, I figured out my router was disrupting the wireless connection to the mouse. I have my computer/the receiver about 2ft away from my wireless router, after I disabled the wifi the mouse works fine.
Works fine
Pros: Hooked it up to two old IDE drives, worked great. Just like browsing through a jump drive. Only had it a few days but has been working great.
Cons: Tried it on an old HD that has Windows '98 but it wouldnt let me browse through it. Just gave me the option to format the drive.
Overall Review: haven't had a chance to use the sata cable it came with.
