Nice and stable

Pros: Ran card through stability test with Furmark with top settings. Card took the punishment well, temperature stabilized, and no freeze ups or anything.
Cons: Had to take off the cool sticker, as it was coming off the card anyway. EVGA forgot to peel off some of the thin plastic underneath the sticker. Also, nVidia SLI doesn't work the way you'd expect with two monitors, and fails with certain games. Better to just turn off SLI and use the cards separately.
Overall Review: EVGA outsources its rebate to Parago, Inc, a datacenter in Lewisville, TX. They denied my rebate due to an 'Invalid Purchase Date'. However, Promotion #09-79236 from EVGA states that if the purchase was made between 5/01/2009 and 05/31/2009 and postmarked by 6/30/2009, then the $20 rebate is valid. My invoice states the purchase was made on 5/18/2009. It is not yet 6/30/2009. I have filed complaint # 23130505 with the FTC for this questionable behavior. If Parago, Inc. is denying rebates without reason, and keeping the money for themselves, this needs to be brought out into the light.
Tall

Pros: Works as expected, low cas latency, neat heatsink between and sandwiching the dimm chips.
Cons: A bit tall, two out of four of these will not work with certain side fanned cpu heatsinks. Also, you pay a premium for quality.
Overall Review: Sent one set of these back via RMA cause one of the sticks was bad from the get go, motherboard gave me a slow repeating beep code without even booting. Once I got the RMA back, had the same problem with another one of the sticks. So that's 2 out of 6 sticks bad. Is newegg getting to the bottom of the barrel here? I know they just didn't send back the bad one cause I labeled it 'D' for defective with a sharpie. What about taking someone elses RMA and shipping it to me? Is newegg practicing questionable RMA methods, or did I just have highly improbable bad luck? In any case, they should give a refund at this point, as I'm tired of this. They should have tested the last two before sending them to me, to ensure that they where good. I'm not going to put up with this behavior.
Major Time Saver

Pros: Interfaces with three different device ports. Saves you lots of time. Saves you lots of headache.
Cons: Not really a con, but makes you frown upon the ethernet method as slow and annoying to set up. Will still have to rely upon ethernet, or a different usb adapter for really really old SCSI based machines.
Overall Review: Seriously, this is an essential tool for anyone who needs to consolidate data from disparate, antiquated, machines. Highly recommended. Transferred data from a G5 to an iMac in 30 minutes or less using the migration wizard and this adapter. This would have taken hours, and wouldn't have been nearly as thorough if I had to use a network storage drive.
Hand Warmer

Pros: It's fast, has lots of space, and is at a good price. Also, quite silent.
Cons: It purrs a little, some people find that uncomfortable. Also it get a bit warm under load.
Overall Review: There are trade offs to fast devices, whether it be heat or power consumption, fortunately the trade offs to this one aren't that bad at all.
Fast RAM for a power notebook.

Pros: Nice complement to other fast devices on a laptop.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: vista subscore of 5.1 for memory ops per second, if anyone cares about that.
Power in a Notebook

Pros: Nice CPU for a notebook. Works great in an Asus s96sp (Santa Rosa chipset refresh).
Cons: None, just wish the Asus s96s could have supported it.
Overall Review: This thing throttles between 1.25 GHz and 2.5 GHz on low power mode in my notebook. With a good thermal paste and a good heat sink, this thing will run from around 25 - 35 degrees celcius.
