Sparkle does it for me again

Pros: Sparkle makes a very good, affordable product. Having only owned this particular card for a week, i cannot comment on the lasting quality of this product specifically, but i have been using a Sparkle 9500 GT in another computer for a year now. No complaints there and I'm not foreseeing any here. The performance of this card is very good in Windows Aero, Photoshop, and online. Also, this card runs fairly cool for a fanless GPU.
Cons: When i first took it out of its package, the heatsink seemed to be very loosely attached to the card. I installed it as is, though, and there have been no problems thus far. It gets a very average 5.1 in the Windows Experience Index for gaming, but you can't hold that against a card not really made for modern gaming.
Overall Review: If you're in the market for an 8-series NVIDIA card, you're obviously not expecting to game. I bought this as an afterthought for a cheap build i did to stick in my music room. And when I'm not recording music it handles graphics programs and HD video just fine. The way i see it is that you can upgrade from a mobo's onboard graphics to this very respectable card for the price of dining out. You won't be full but your programs will run slick.
Will Buy Again

Pros: Easy to work inside and no unnecessary glitz. This is a simple case for simple builds (If you plan to use the included PSU). The fact that it includes a power supply is awesome, and the case has good overall airflow. And while it's not the sexiest box on the block, it doesn't look too bad either.
Cons: Power supply is loud! Every other component in this rig whispers, which only highlights the roar of the power supply fan. Not a huge deal unless you sit in silence, though. The PSU isn't the strongest thing in the world either, but it will satisfy the needs of a basic build. I'm going to replace it soon with something in the 400W range, as i'm planning to put in a Phenom II X4 and a higher end, fan cooled graphics card. Only two USB ports up front. I like to have a plethora of USB ports out of the front of my computers. This is a personal preference, though, and I can't really fault Foxconn. Two is better than none.
Overall Review: Despite the jet engine that is the PSU, I can't mark this case down from 5 eggs. As I see it, I paid for a case and got a fair power supply as a bonus. I plan to purchase another one of these cases for a build in the near future.
Buying More Patriot RAM Soon

Pros: Works. It's a great overclocker if you want to go that route, and its stability is worry free in such a rig. Performance out of the box is more than acceptable, too. All-in-all a good value for the price.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I've used a lot of RAM over the years but Patriot never disappoints. I'll be ordering another stick of this brand before long.
Reliable and Quick

Pros: I bought this to use in a Fostex digital multitrack recorder to replace the very small and generic factory CF card. Fast access times and reliability highlight this product. I imagine it would perform just as beautifully in my Canon Rebel. The price was very easy to digest too.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Received it quickly. Thanks Newegg.
Just what i needed.

Pros: With a memory upgrade (533 RAM works), this laptop can handle any program you throw at it (Unless you're a gamer). It's small, light, inexpensive and easy on the eyes. Battery life is decent too, even if you leave the processor on max.
Cons: You really need to upgrade the memory if you want to use this notebook to do more than browse the web and word process. The two FAT32 partitions weren't my cup of tea (I reformatted, installed XP Pro and downloaded the Acer drivers from their site). Also, some people find the screen to be rough on the eyes.
Overall Review: I bought this notebook for graphic design and music production on the go. It handles all of my Adobe CS2 applications without any trouble, and all of my memory draining music apps and virtual instruments don't skip a beat. What's more, i do enjoy gaming and this machine can handle games like UT and Quake III with no trouble at all (Keeping in mind a nice memory upgrade). It's not replacing my AMD 64 desktop, but i was more than surprised at this little guy's performance.
