Pros: Decent performance, even considering the exorbitant price.
Cons: As mentioned by others, the fan is loud at full load. It seems cheaply made for a top end card. At this price I expected better.
Overall Review: I kind of regret not waiting for one of the non-reference models. They seem significantly quieter for about the same price.
Best case I've owned
Pros: The case is very quiet with case fans set to low speed. Even with six hard drives the only noise I hear when the room is quiet is the cheap lousy fan on my reference MSI GeForce GTX 670. Even with only the two included 140 mm fans set to low, my components are still kept cool. The case is very roomy and it was easy to install all my components. I'm a big fan of the black monolith school of design for cases so I have no complaints about the appearance.
Cons: The rubber feet at the bottom of the case are glued on rather than fixed to the case. I'm concerned that they might fall off and get lost if I were to place the case on the floor. One already fell off when I dragged the case across a carpeted floor a couple of feet. I stuck it back on and the case is now on my desk but the glue picked up some carpet fibers and I doubt the rubber piece remain attached if I move the case. I wish Fractal Design hadn't cheapened out on such a little thing. While the build quality is far superior to cheap sub $40 cases, it's still not as solidly built as some of my old Antec cases like the P182. The motherboard back plate isn't as solid as the older cases and the sound dampening material with crude cut-outs for extra case fans seem seem inelegant though effective. But these are minor quibbles not worthy of lowering the rating score.
Overall Review: In a moment of temporary insanity I ordered a blinged out full size case by another manufacturer. Then this case went on sale a bit later. Thankfully Newegg let me return my first order and refunded the purchase price. I'm very glad I have this case sitting on my desk instead of that monstrosity.
