Nice and Simple

Pros: - Comes with 6x 4g weights with an easy to remove cover. - Fits my medium sized hand perfectly. I could see larger hands might be cramped. - Every single button and function can be remapped easily with included software (either enclosed CD or from zalman's site)
Cons: - None that I've encountered
Overall Review: I needed to replace my old mouse. I had a store bought 7 button mouse full of lights and crazy design I spent too much on, but the cheaply made plastic junk stopped working after 3 months. This thing fit the bill. It's a plain simple design and feels sturdy and well built. The buttons are very responsive and the software gives plenty of options for making it do what you want it to do. If your looking for a simple sturdy mouse with easily programmable buttons that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, I'd recommend checking this one out. I'm glad I did
What were the developers thinking?

Pros: The only good thing I can say about this card is that it is very energy efficient. That's all.
Cons: There's really only one reason why this card is junk. And that's because of the drivers. These newer 4000 HD series AGP cards do not work with official catalyst drivers, or any other driver for that matter. The only driver this card will work with is the one given on the CD it comes with. Litterely... it is the only driver that it works with. Now, that doesn't mean it has to be a bad thing, however, the driver this card came with is JUNK JUNK JUNK! It's like a lite version of catalyst, with very few options. I try and play games on 1600x1200, and the system freezes/locks up. My old 6600GT (which was the card I had in before, with the exact same mobo/cpu/ram) got better framerates than this piece of junk, and could run 1600x1200 no problem for hours on end. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD! Perhaps in the future, AMD will merge these newer AGP cards into their newer drivers, but I highly doubt that. Until then, DO NOT BUY THIS CARD
Overall Review: What gets me is that Diamond would release this card, knowing that the drivers they included are the only ones that will work with it, and not even test them at all. What a smack to the face. This is my first time trying out an ATi card (I've always used Nvidia in the past) and I gotta say, not a good way to sway nvidia fans.... they can't even develop working drivers.... I feel betrayed. After this little incident, I will NEVER buy ATi EVER AGAIN. And a side note... this card doesn't work with Windows 2000. The awesome drivers written for this card are only for Vista and XP.
Amazing entry level gaming laptop with a few flaws

Pros: - Lightweight - Comfortable and functional keyboard - Runs fairly cool under load for hours at a time - 1080p res at this price range is hard to find - 1TB Storage and 8GB of fast DDR4 RAM - Room to upgrade: open RAM slot; supporting up to 32GB, open M.2 slot, allowing you to keep the 1TB HDD and add an SSD - The equipped 940mx combined with the intel HD 520 for phys-x is able to keep up with modern titles - Licenced copy of Windows 10
Cons: - Trackpad; worst I've ever seen/used - Screen is kind of dim, and has a weak view angle - Fingerprint magnet! - Bloatware, however is limited - 5400 RPM Hard Drive is really slow feeling
Overall Review: A big shoutout to shoprunner + newegg shipping: Ordered Thursday afternoon and received Saturday morning. Upon booting up, first thing I did was removed the included bloatware. I will say though, compared to other vendors, acer has minimal bloatware. Drivers and OS were up to date within 10 minutes. I mainly got this machine to play World of Warcraft on the go, and I gotta say I was literally blown away by the performance this 940mx+HD520 gives. Running @ 1080p with things like AA turned off and ground clutter and particles turned low, most everything else set on medium, I'm getting anywhere from 60-90 fps in the world. I've yet to see frames drop below 45, even in the most populated areas and in dungeons. 90% of the time I'm running 60 fps+. I wasn't expecting this thing to run this well! I can't wait to try out some other games on this, as I've seen benchmarks running GTAV @ 30+ frames. For the price, your not going to find anything better. While the HDD is clearly the bottleneck of this machine, I'll be adding a 512GB M.2 SSD in a few weeks, and that problem will be solved. Also get to keep the 1TB for storage, which is pretty awesome. Even after playing WoW for 4 hours straight, the machine got warm, but remained way under any alarming temps, so long as the bottom is elevated. As far as the trackpad goes... Ive never seen anything so unusable in my life. A mouse is almost required. Half the time it doesn't recognize your finger trying to move the cursor, as it wants more pressure applied. And the other time you have so much pressure applied that your registering a click. And the entire pad can be pressed down to click, so simply moving your finger further up the pad doesn't stop the clicks from registering. I have to remove an egg solely because of how poorly the trackpad functions, otherwise this is a 5 star laptop. Extremely annoying, even when just browsing the web. The screen also is kind of dim, and the colors are far from the best I've seen. But games and movies still look great @ 1080p and at this price range, a lower quality screen should be expected. There's also an HDMI out which will fix this while your at home. All and all, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. I'm glad I did my research on this machine, and if your here, your on the right path!
Great Card

Pros: Easy to install. Popped it in, plugged it in, and booted it up. After removing old video drivers and putting new ones on, this beast was up and running within a few minutes.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is it is a little large, but then again every card made in the last 2-3 years is a little large, so that's quite obvious.
Overall Review: I purchased this for the future when I put together an i5 rig. Currently using on an old x2 5200+, so I can't really say that much about performance due to the massive bottleneck. But it works, and that's always a plus.
Amazing PSU

Pros: 1. Very Quiet - My hard drive is currently the loudest component in my PC now 2. Lots of connectors 3. Great Packaging - It even came with a cool velvet Corsair bag! 4. High amp on 12v rail
Cons: I cannot honestly think of any.
Overall Review: This power supply is a beast. Very durable, sturdy, heavy. If your planning on going SLI/CFX in the future, this PSU is a great choice. I'm pretty picky when it comes to all hard ware, and I got to say this was a great buy. One of the most overlooked parts when people are building a new rig is the PSU. Don't skimp out, get something quality to power your expensive hardware!
Good little budget board

Pros: Hey, it works. It's capable of doing what it's designed to do.
Cons: Board came with no hardware. Luckily I had an old PC to salvage board risers and screws. If planning on using 2 IDE devices, DON'T! This board doesn't like master/slave, and will not make it past the BIOS screen. I had to cough up a few bucks to get a SATA cd drive, and my IDE HDD going solo.
Overall Review: If it wasn't for the two problems I had this board is easily a 5 star. Its so cheap, and can be the backbone of a powerful internet browsing / word processing PC. The onboard 6150 allows for very basic gaming. Runs WoW at extremely low settings at over 60 frames in starting areas. Don't use 2 IDE devices, and have all the mounting hardware, and this board rocks.
